Minimum qualifications are:

• Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field for associate degree and certificate programs
• Master’s degree in appropriate field for most baccalaureate programs
• Doctorate in appropriate field for graduate and some baccalaureate programs
• Past successful experiences with groups from diverse backgrounds
