School of Allied Health

Allied health professions are health and human services professions distinctly different from medicine, dentistry, and nursing that support the acquisition and maintenance of health and wellbeing. 

 

The School of Allied Health is committed to providing quality, affordable  and accessible programs in three distinctly different health and human service related fields:  Kinesiology, Occupational Therapy, and Rehabilitation Services. 

·         An Associate of Science degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant is available at the Silver City campus.

·         A Master of Occupational Therapy degree is available to students who have completed an Associate degree in Occupational Therapy.  This program is provided in an online format with periodic weekend labs at the Silver City campus.

·         Kinesiology offers both  Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts degrees at the Silver City campus

·         Rehabilitation Services offers a Bachelor of Arts degree and is fully online.
