Computer and Network Technology


The Associate of Applied Science in Computer Technology is a 64 credit hour program that will prepare you for a career in IT with the following certifications and training

  • A+ entry level IT certificate
  • Linux + certificate for experienced Linux professionals
  • CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certificate

Skills include:
    Learning to configure server and desktop operating systems
    Learning how to maintain and upgrade PC hardware and software
    Learning how to design, maintain and troubleshoot Local Area Networks
    Introduction to WANs, TCP/IP and computer information security

This program is also designed for those students wishing to transfer to a four year degree program such as the Bachelor of Applied Science in Career and Technical Teacher Education.
