WNMU Home Construction Technology
  Both a two-semester certificate and an Associate of Applied Science degree are offered in Construction Technology. The certificate program is designed for those individuals who desire the basic entry-level skills necessary for immediate employment in the construction industry. The two-year A.A.S. degree in Construction Technology A.A.S. degree in Construction Technology is designed for those students who wish to gain entry level construction skills as well as have the capabilities to work in the areas of project management, supervision, estimating, and inspection.
  In addition, those students who have had a more extensive on site construction background will gain insight to the requirements necessary to complete the GB 98 General Contractors exam which would enable them to take an initial step toward starting their own construction business.
