Environmental Electrical Program The Environmental Electrical Program prepares and licenses students to become an electrician with a focus on green energy. Through our hands-on curriculum, students will first develop a strong understanding of how electricity and wiring works, then expand and apply their knowledge into photovoltaic and wind energy. Students have an opportunity to become certified through both the NCCER (National Center for Construction and Education Research) and NABCEP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners), both are nationally recognized certification agencies.
