Special People

There are many people who are important to me and who make my life special. My family and friends make each day worth living for. Having them in my life has made me who I am today.

My parents and I have a very unusual relationship. We have a very close relationship. They are the rock that I stand on. They have always been there to support my decisions and me, like when I decided to attend a real college instead of a culinary institute. They are there for me in everything I do in my life, and they always stand by my side. They have raised me, as well as my siblings, to be who we are. I am proud of that.

Growing up with four sisters and one brother has always been a unique experience. They are special to me because they have always been there to support me no matter what. They are not only my sisters and brother; they are also friends. They help me out with everything I need, whether it is with my walk with God or with help on my schoolwork. Each one of my siblings is special to me in a different way.

My boyfriend is also very important to me in my life. He is my best friend and the person who I lean on. From the day I met him, he has been special to me. He is the shoulder I cry on and the person who picks me up when I am down. I hope to someday start a family and grow old with him.

If it were not for these people, I wouldn’t be who I am today. Each one of them has taken a part of me and changed my life. I am very lucky to have these special people in my life.
