Plants of the Gila Wilderness-- Algae

"Algae" is a name applied to groups of quite different aquatic organisms that are not directly related. Generally, they are photosynthetic but are not flowering plants. Algae can be single celled or multicellular organisms. This is yet another new direction for me, so new taxa will be added as I become familiar with them.
