Artemisia frigida Willdenow
(Estafiata, Fringed Sage)
Artemisia frigida is a small, gray herb with short linear leaves. It is frequently seen
with a basal rosette. Overgrowth of Artemisia frigida can be interpreted as a sign of overgrazing on rangeland.
