Carex wootonii Mackenzie
(Wooton's Sedge)

Synonyms:
None

Carex wootonii has gynecandrous spikes with brown scales. The perigynia are greenish to pale yellow and have a long beak to about a third the length of the perigynia. There are two stigmas. It is found on damp ground at higher elevation.
