Phaeophyscia hispidula (Ach.) Essl.
Whiskered Shadow Lichen

Hypotrachyna pulvinata is bluish green in color and is dichotomously branched. It is a common upper elevation species. The giveaway is the fringe of black rhizines along the edge of the lobes and all the across underneath the bottom surface.
