Saponaria officinalis Linnaeus
Saponaria officinalis is an exotic comparatively tall member of the
Caryophyllaceae family. The flower petals are pinkish white, and they are
slightly reflexed. This plant has escaped cultivation and can now be found
around town and in moist creekbeds.
