Lygodesmia thurberi (Gray) Shinners
Ptiloria thurberi (Gray) Green

Stephanomeria thurberi has a light pink inflorescence made up of all ray flowers. There are more than 10 flowers per flowerhead compared to less than eight usually with Stephanomeria pauciflora. Stephanomeria thurberi is found in disturbed areas in town.
