Synonyms:
Lippia wrightii Gray

Aloysia wrightii is a woody perennial with clusters of small white flowers on long, usually somewhat spindly stems. The leaves are opposite, ovate and deeply veined. They are dentate. The fruit is a pair of nutlets covered by persistant calyx. Aloysia wrightii is found at lower to middle elevations.
