Eriogonum trachygonum Torrey ex Bentham subsp. wrightii (Torrey) Stokes

Eriogonum wrightii is the most common middle elevation member of this genus in the Gila National Forest. It has gray green woolly stems and leaves. The leaves are ovate to elliptic. The flowers are white, with pink anthers. Eriogonum wrightii is found at lower and middle elevations.
