Nicotiana trigonophylla has long greenish white tubular flowers with the calyx lobes perpendicular to the tube. The flowers are axillary and in terminal clusters. The leaves are clasping and very sticky. The stems are mostly branched from the base. Nicotiana trigonophylla is found at lower to middle elevations among rocks and under trees in lower to middle elevations.
