Professor Emeritus Jesse F. Bingaman having served Western New Mexico University and its predecessor institutions unstintingly and with distinction for 42 years; and having devoted his professional career predominately to classroom teaching; and upon the unanimous recommendation of members of the faculty senate is named to the WNMU Education Hall of Fame.
