For Parents and Families:
Connect parents with one of the many child care providers on our referral list. Provide parents with specific information such as hours of operation, availability, and fees of various child care homes and centers.
La Familia supports and encourages parental choice in selecting child care services through consumer education to help in choosing the most appropriate child care for their families. Educating parents on their rights to obtain quality, adequate, safe child care for their children.
La Familia will provide information and help link parents to the various support groups available in our area.

collaborating with community partners to identify and document service gaps, and help find solutions; | |

preparing future family/center child care providers through Aim High and the 45-hour Entry Level Course; and | |
|
serving as a ready source of information on child development issues and publishing a quarterly newsletter. |
