In recognition of thirty-four consecutive years of outstanding service in teaching and administrative duties in New Mexico, Arizona, and for being a credit to the education profession, projecting a positive influence, being respected by his peers and students, and for making it his mission, Ray S. McDowell is named to the WNMU Education Hall of Fame.
