Inducted 1999

In recognition of thirty-seven years as an outstanding and dedicated instructor in the California Public Schools Rosalie Romero Lucey is named to the Education Hall of Fame. She demonstrated expertise as a reading specialist and as an advocate for special education students. She was an inspiration to her students and encourages them to persist in overcoming difficulties.
