Online Payment


In order to make a payment online, you must have a Student ID or PIN. If you are a student who does not know your Student ID or PIN, please call the WNMU HelpDesk at (575) 574-4357.

      Note: PIN requests require 2 pieces of information that only the student can answer. These are the "Security Question" and the "Security Answer." The student can answer both of these questions via their Mustang Express account.

A full payment is required when paying online and also includes a $5.00 convenience fee. By making this payment online, you will be finalized with the Business Office and agree to accept full financial responsibility for all charges assessed to your account.

If you would like to make a payment online, please login and click the Pay Now link. (Credit Card Payments on-line are available 8:00 am until 12:00 am Monday through Saturday MST)

 

Note: The "credit card authorization form" listed in the next paragraph is a PDF file readable via Adobe Acrobat.

If you would like to make a payment with a credit card on behalf of a student and are unable to do so in person, you can print off this credit card authorization form

and either e-mail (busaf@wnmu.edu) or fax (575) 538-6188 it to the WNMU Business Office.

The Business Office must have the student come into our office after the payment has been received and sign a copy of their statement of account in order to be considered finalized.

If a student does not pay their balance in full through this authorization, that student is required to set up a deferred payment plan that can be set up for a $25 non-refundable fee plus the minimum down payment. Please contact the Business Office for further information at (575) 538-6151.
