SILVER CITY—Streets along the Western New Mexico University Homecoming Parade route will be closed beginning 10 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 30.
The parade will begin at 10:30 a.m. from the Juan Chacon Building parking lot down College Avenue, right on Bullard Street, right on Broadway and conclude at the Grant County Courthouse.
Some 50 community and university entrants will participate in the parade.
The Homecoming game featuring the WNMU Mustangs versus the Ft. Lewis Skyhawks will begin at 1:30 p.m.
