PHOTO CAPTION—A retirement reception was held on Sept. 9 for Clyde Montes. He served 21 years in the Western New Mexico University Maintenance Department primarily in the grounds keeping area. Montes, pictured, right, was presented a WNMU iceberg crystal by Staff Senate President Mary Hittle for his hard work and dedication to WNMU. Montes’ retirement plans are to fish, hunt and enjoy spending time with his family.
