CUTLINE--The Legislative Finance Committee will meet on the campus of Western New Mexico University at the Thomas B. McDonald Student Memorial Building on June 12 and 13. The committee will conclude its meetings on Wednesday, June 14, at the Ft. Bayard Medical Center in the Old Ft. Bayard Theatre. The committee will hear from Rhonda Faught, NM Department of Transportation secretary, tour the historic Silver City district, and will review the General Services Department’s self-insurance program on Tuesday. The agenda for Wednesday includes two reports from the Department of Health Secretary Michelle Lujan-Grisham. Pictured is the LFC during the welcome remarks from the community on Monday.
