SILVER CITY--An organizational meeting for parents of teenagers who are pregnant or parenting and grandparents raising grandchildren is scheduled on Monday, Sept. 11, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Western New Mexico University Glaser Hall located on 12th Street.
The group plans to develop a grandparenting support network in Grant County. The group’s goal is to help those who are parenting their grandchildren or still parenting their adolescents who are currently or are about to become parents themselves.
