Athletic Hall of Fame Inductees 2006
Ms. Reda Riddle-Bigler and Mr. David Moore will be inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame during homecoming festivities on October 28, 2006 at Western New Mexico’s Hall of Fame Breakfast.

Reda Riddle-Bigler – Graduated from Western New Mexico University in December 1995 with a degree in Public Administration. Reda has been quite busy with her personal and career objectives. She is currently employed with the Phoenix Fire Department as a Firefighter/EMT .
Reda and her husband, Charles “Rob” Bigler live in Desert Hills, AZ with their child, Alyssa Jane, who was recently born in May. Rob is in the United States Air Force where he has been for the last 15 years and plans on retiring after his 20 th year. He has recently been relocated to Cannon Air Force base in Clovis, NM. Rob and Reda commute back and forth between New Mexico and Arizona to see each other. In their spare time they enjoy traveling, snowboarding, biking, hiking, running, playing volleyball and spending time with their family and friends.
When Reda graduated from WNMU, she returned to Phoenix where she worked for the family business, Valle Luna Mexican Restaurants. Her family owns 3 restaurants and a catering business. She works in Human Resources where she is the benefits director.

1994 NCAA II Academic All Pacific West Conference
1994 All Pacific West Conference Honorable Mention
Graduated with Honors 3.51
In 1997 Reda became the head volleyball coach at Deer Valley High School in Glendale, Arizona. She was named Coach of the Year 3 times and her team won their region 4 out of the 7 years she was there.

David Moore - Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration in 1993 and also obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 1994.
Since graduating from Western New Mexico University in 1994, David has worked for Sherwin Williams and is currently a chemical coatings sales representative for them.
David has said that his experience at Western New Mexico University was something he wouldn’t trade. He was able to use his knowledge in his career path. He is looking forward to meeting with old friends, faculty, and staff and is honored to be chosen for this prestigious award.
