SILVER CITY- Some 140 degrees will be conferred at the Western New Mexico University Fall Commencement Ceremony to be held on Friday, Dec. 15, beginning at 7 p.m. at the Fine Arts Center Theatre. The keynote speaker will be Dean Reed, a WNMU alumnus and vice president of sales for Caris, a Texas medical company.
