McCray Gallery Press Release #1

The McCray Gallery invitation list is being updated and restructured into an electronic Email list plus we are adding new organizations for the upcoming academic year. If you are interested in the arts and interested in supporting the arts at Western New Mexico University, you are invited to join the new “Friends of the McCray Gallery” organization. This arts support group will meet with the gallery director, Professor Maya, to participate in planning gallery art openings, volunteer as gallery docents and form the community gallery arts organization.

The new WNMU Art Alumni Gallery Friends is simultaneously forming to bring all WNMU art alumni who have graduated from WNMU with an art major to reunite with their art peers over the century in support of the McCray Gallery. The first activity is to plan a future WNMU Art Alumni exhibit.
