SILVER CITY--The offices of Western New Mexico University, WNMU Museum, and WNMU Swimming Pool will be closed for the winter break commencing Dec. 20, 2007. Regular office hours for the University will resume on Monday, January 7, 2008.
The Swimming Pool will be open Jan. 7-13 for Lap Swim on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 a.m. to 7 a.m. and noon to 12:50 p.m., Senior Swim on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 10:50 a.m., and Lap Swim on Tuesday and Thursday from 12:30 p.m. to 1:20 p.m. The pool will open for regular operating hours on Monday, Jan. 14. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Special Events/Ed Rec Office at 538-6161.
The WNMU Bookstore will remain open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. through Dec. 21. The Bookstore will be closed beginning Dec. 24 through Dec. 26 and reopen Dec. 27 through 28 from 8 a.m. to noon. The facility will also be closed on Dec. 31 and Jan. 1. Regular hours from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. will resume Jan. 2. For additional information on the Bookstore hours, please call 538-6123.
The spring semester will begin on Monday, Jan. 14, 2008.
