NEED TO MEET SOMEWHERE? MECHA BUILDING NOW OPEN

SILVER CITY, N.M. – After several months of renovations, the MEChA building on campus is now open. MEChA, a student organization on campus, has had a long-standing policy of permitting other student organizations to use the building for university-related events.

Those interested in using the building for meetings or events can contact MEChA President Victor Carbajal or WNMU Professors Dr. Manzanarez or Manuel Bustamante can be contacted for requests at 538-6229 or 538-6291.

Located in Silver City, New Mexico, Western New Mexico University has served the people of the state of New Mexico and its surrounding areas as a comprehensive, regional, rural, public coeducational university since 1893 and caters to a student body diverse in age, culture, language and ethnic background.
