EMPLOYERS INVITED TO ANNUAL WNMU EMPLOYMENT EXPO

SILVER CITY, N.M. – Local businesses wishing to ease some of their employee seeking worries can sign up for the annual Employment Expo at Western New Mexico University (WNMU). The third annual event is set to take place on Tuesday, May 6 on the campus of WNMU.

Widespread exposure by students, community members, and alumni looking for their next career opportunities will be available for participating employers. Already sixteen different businesses from various states including the Gila National Forest, International Schools, US Border Patrol, and El Paso Police Department are scheduled to appear.

A collaborative effort with the Silver City Workforce Connection and WNMU, the expo is held in conjunction with the WNMU Student Academic & Research Symposium.
