The object and purposes of the Western New Mexico University Alumni Association are to establish a mutually beneficial relationship between Western New Mexico University and its alumni; to promote in every way the best image, interests and development of the University. In carrying out such objects and purposes, the Alumni Association shall seek to create, foster, develop, and encourage individual and community interest in and support of WNMU and higher education in general.

       All former students and graduates of WNMU are members of the Alumni Association.

       The principal office of the Alumni Association is located at Hunter Hall, P.O. Box 680, Silver City, NM 88062.

       The Alumni Bulletin is published two times a year and is distributed to all alumni on the data base. The newsletter includes feature articles about the WNMU family, campus news, athletic events, alumni profiles, and career updates.
