SCHEDULE A RECORDING
Before your request can be processed-The recording room involved in the event must be reserved with the appropriate department prior to scheduling a recording handled by Video Communications. Consult 'Facilities' page for department contact information to schedule a recording capable room. Video Communications can schedule recordings to occur outside of business hours with the agreement that departments who schedule events during those times will not have technical support availble and the understanding that error's with the recording can occur (although very seldom). Video Communications does not provide set-ups in facilities that do not have recording equipment and does not provide technical support during these times. The following information must be provided in it's entirety and submitted at least 3 days prior to your recording.
