RESPONSIBLITIES: Under general supervision of the head volleyball coach, assist in all aspects including but not limited to recruiting, on-court coaching, scouting, game and practice preparation, public relations, fundraising, summer camp preparation, and overseeing the academic progress of student-athletes. Also assist with the coordination of practices, budget management, games management, scheduling, travel, and other duties assigned by the head coach. Must have a commitment to and responsibility for adhering to all rules and regulations of Western New Mexico University, the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference, and the NCAA.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree or willing to obtain bachelor’s degree required with previous college volleyball coaching or competitive experience preferred.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Valid or ability to obtain a New Mexico driver’s license.
SALARY: Full Undergraduate or Graduate Tuition Waiver, Room and Board Per Calendar Year.
