Faculty/Staff Awards Policy

Faculty and Staff Awards will be given annually at the May commencement ceremony. A one-time payment will be made on May 31 with applicable tax and retirement withholding. Such awards are considered non-discretionary bonuses and overtime pay for non-exempt employees will be treated accordingly based on the Fair Labor Standards Act (see Appendix A-2 in the Staff Handbook).
