EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS
PROGRAM TRAININGTRAINING OBJECTIVE
The objective of training employees at the SHS is:
- familiarize employees with the SHS Emergency Preparedness Program
- train employees how to identify a disaster
- train employees on the appropriate action for a specific disaster
TRAINING
Training for the Emergency Preparedness Program shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
- annual review of the SHS Emergency Preparedness Program as printed in the Policy and Procedures Manual
- semi-annual verbal testing of employees on types of disasters and appropriate action to be taken
- semi-annual practice of mock disaster drills, which then will be evaluated by the Coordinator of the SICQI Committee, and reviewed by the Director
