My name is Ann Unrast and I graduated from WNMU in 1994 with a Master Degree in Counseling.  I have been practicing 17+ years in the areas of Adventure Therapy, Wilderness Therapy as well as the Clinical Settings.   I am licensed by the New Mexico Counseling and Therapy Practice Board as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor and I am a National Certified Counselor.   I am a firm believer in stress reduction and making healthy choices which can be a challenge for college students.
