Who is entitled to use the Ed. Rec facilities? 

·        Faculty members and their dependents-with valid ID and Ed Rec. sticker

·         Staff members and their dependents-with valid ID and Ed Rec. sticker

·         Full-time students and their dependents-with valid ID and Ed Rec. sticker (dependents only)

·         General Public-with punch card or semester pass

·         Part-time staff/adjunct faculty-with punch card or semester pass

Process if purchasing a punch card:

1. Purchase through the Business Office in Castorena Hall.

Þ Present punch card to lifeguard for access to the pool

Þ Present punch card to workstudy for access to IM Gym,

                Wellness Center, Racquetball Courts

Process if purchasing a semester pass or faculty/staff/dependent ID:

1. Purchase through the Business Office in Castorena Hall.

2. Take receipt to Campus Police to receive an ID and first validation sticker.

3. Proceed to the Special Events /Ed Rec. Office to receive the 2^nd validation sticker.

4. Present ID to lifeguard to gain access to the pool or workstudy to gain access to the IM Gym, Wellness Center, Racquetball Courts

All four steps must be completed in order to gain access to the facilities
