Synonyms:
Bidens bipinnata Linnaeus var. biternatoides Sherff

Bidens bipinnata is found at lower elevations growing in partial shade. The flowers yellow with just a few small yellow rays and yellow disc flowers. The leaves are pinnatifid or deeply lobed.
