Dalea albiflora is an erect perennial herb with many villous leaflets (19-31) per pinnately compound leaf. The flowers are arranged in dense terminal spikes and are white with strongly exerted stamens. The fruit is a one or two seeded pod that is small enough to be hidden by (included in) the calyx. Dalea albiflora is found in middle elevations on dry hillsides.
