Parosela formosa (Torrey) Vail

Dalea formosa is a low woody shrub with bright purple and yellow flowers. The floral bracts are long and villous. The leaves are small and pinnately compound. Dalea formosa is found in lower to middle elevations in dry and rocky areas.
