Phoradendron leucocarpum is found on cottonwoods and ashes. It otherwise appears quite similar to Phorandendron villosum subsp. coryae except that the leaves are longer and wider. It can be found in town and is easiest to see after the trees lose their leaves in the fall. Phoradendron leucarpum fruits very late in the fall, with ripe berries appearing in mid-December.
