Phrymaceae
(Lopseed Family)

The Phrymaceae in the Gila is so far only represented by the Monkey flower species. These were previously in the Plantaginaceae and Scrophulariaceae, so they have been looking for a family to which to which to belong.

Erythranthe guttata (Spotted Monkey Flower)
Erythranthe nasuta (Shy Monkey Flower)
Erythranthe parvula (Toothed Monkey Flower)
Erythranthe rubella (Red Stem Monkey Flower)
