Status: Native

Synonyms:
Didymodon crispulus (Bruch) Wilson
Mollia crispula (Bruch) Lindb.
Tortella crispula (Bruch) C.E.O. Jensen
Tortula crispula (Bruch) Mitt.

Trichostomum crispulum has long lanceolate leaves, many of which are longer than T. brachydontium. Trichostomum crispulum has an apiculate apex, without a stout mucro. The base is not dilated as in T. tenuirostre.
