A: Each venue will provide training based upon their pedagogical needs.
 
 
 
 
Q: WHAT DO I DO IF I ENCOUNTER TECHNICAL ISSUES BEFORE OR DURING MY ITV SESSION?
 
 
A: If you have ANY issues related to classroom equipment, or signals (audio and video), please use your venue's facilitator to troubleshoot. They are there so you don't have to worry about the technological side of teleconferencing.
 
 
 
 
Q: WHAT IS A FACILITATOR?
 
 
A: A facilitator is a person who assists with the ITV presentation. Each venue determines the role and availability of their facilitator.
 
 
 
 
Q: HOW DO I OBTAIN EQUIPMENT FOR AN ITV VENUE THAT DOES NOT HOUSE THE SPECIFIC RESOURCES I NEED?
